Ozery Bakery Review
Ozery Bakery Review
I love trying out different breakfast products and I found a
brand that is both healthy and tasty. Ozery Bakery has different types of
breakfast/healthy snacks that come in a variety of flavors. They sell morning
rounds, one buns, crisp pitas, snacking rounds and skinny dippers.
Ozery Bakery Morning Rounds
-Apple cinnamon morning rounds- The texture of these is very similar to English muffins
which is one of my favorite foods. They are a fruit and grain bun that is soft
and doughy and are great toasted or on their own. I liked the apple cinnamon flavor.
Each bun has 160 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. They are
sweet and a healthier alternative to baked goods. They are not whole grain
though which I would prefer if they were.
-One bun sprouted- These are an awesome alternative for traditional buns.
This one uses sprouted whole wheat and sour dough. I liked spreading these with
nut butter or using them for a sandwich. Sprouted grains are easier on the
digestive system too making them a smart choice.
-Skinny dippers flax and honey- Skinny dippers are long grain crackers. I chose the flax
and honey flavor and was not disappointed. Two crackers are a serving for 110
calories. This is not bad as the crackers are really long. I enjoyed mine with
hummus. It is loaded with whole flax seeds and would be fun for an appetizer at
a party.
Ozery Bakery Snacking Rounds
-Apple cinnamon and muesli snacking rounds- The snacking rounds were my favorite product that I tried
from Ozery Bakery. They are just like the morning rounds but smaller. One small
round is only 70 calories making it a great little snack if you are only a
little bit hungry. I liked the muesli flavor. I like eating these heated up in
the microwave for a few seconds which makes them soft and fluffy.
I thought that all of these Ozery Bakery products were tasty! I
would recommend them for a treat. My only recommendation is that they make more
products with whole grains.
