Mary's Gone Crackers Review
I first tried Mary's Gone Crackers two years ago and loved them. I was recently sent some more to try for my review on my blog. Mary's Gone Crackers are very crispy and taste great without anything on them.
The crackers are made with brown rice, flax, quinoa and sesame seeds. I love that they are not melt-in-your-mouth kind of crackers but can really hold up to whatever you put on them. My favorite toppings are herbed goat cheese or hummus. These crackers come in many flavors including original, onion, caraway, black pepper and herb. I actually really love the original flavor a lot.
They are high in omega-3 fatty acids as well. One serving of crackers is 140 calories, 3 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber. They are gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. They are organic and have no unusual ingredients in them. I can eat these without any worry that I am hurting my health.
The pretzels are also tasty and are taste the same as the Mary's Gone crackers. They come in regular flavor, curry or chipotle tomato. In the picture above, see all of those nice grains?
If you have not tried Mary's Gone Crackers before, I highly recommend it.
