Tessemae's Dressing Review and Giveaway

Tessemae's is a mother and son teamed company that makes different kinds of salad dressings and hot sauces. It started when a mother decided that she wanted to feed her 3 sons a better salad dressing than what was currently out on the market.

For my review, I was sent some of their salad dressings to try. My favorite dressing was the lemon garlic. The ingredients are simple: Olive Oil, Organic Lemons, Organic Garlic, Mustard and Sea Salt. No funky preservatives or unheard of ingredients. I poured some of this dressing on a salad with beets, chickpeas and cucumbers. It was very tasty! The only thing that I did not like about this dressing is that one tablespoon has 100 calories. This is too calorically dense for me since most people use at least 2 tablespoons for a dressing so I added partial dressing and a squeeze of lemon to my salad.

I plan to use the Italian dressing to create a veggie filled pasta salad to use throughout the week. I will use whole grain pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, beans and whatever other vegetables that I have available.

Also, I really enjoy the BBQ sauce. It is rich and flavorful. I used this on some grilled chicken which was great! The zesty ranch is very interesting because it is the first non-creamy ranch that I have tried. It has the spices and flavors that are in ranch dressing without the creaminess.
