Easy Tangy Cranberry Sauce
Easy Tangy Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
2 bags frozen or fresh cranberries
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar (this is less calories than regular brown sugar and tastes just like the real thing).
1. Dump two bags of cranberries in a pot with a few cups of water. Cook on medium high heat.
2. Cranberries will begin to pop. Stir them and when they are mostly cooked, add the brown sugar.
3. Cook for 5 minutes longer.
Note: If cranberries seem to be getting dry, add additional water.
4. Serve immediately.
Serving tips:
This sauce tastes amazing mixed in with plain greek yogurt, topped on top of a toasted English muffin with peanut butter, or plain.
This recipe is so easy and tasty! Try it today.
**Also, cranberries are easy to find right now due to being near the holiday season. Stock up before they are gone till next year!
